Kerline Linear Cut Planner

Kerline plans cuts from repeatable straight stock. Enter a stock length, saw kerf, end trim, and named pieces with quantities. The live board allocates every piece to a bar and shows its start and end marks, the remaining offcut, and total material account. Mark pieces completed as you work. Create and reopen multiple local projects, switch between decimal inches and millimeters, preview a real cut-plan PDF, and share that named file through the iOS share sheet. A clearly labeled workshop example lets you inspect the full workflow before making your own project. iPad shows setup and the cut board side by side. Kerline uses a best-fit-decreasing allocation for a practical estimate; it does not guarantee the minimum number of stock lengths. Check your stock, saw setup, and every measurement before cutting. The app works offline, with no account, ads, analytics, cloud upload, or subscription.
