About

Sportsbook apps are built to keep you betting. This app is built to help you stop. It's made for people who bet on sports: parlays, same-game parlays, player props, live bets, boosts and "free" bets. If you also play slots or crash games on the casino tab, Stake.us, or a crypto site, there's a short track on that too. Not generic advice. A SHORT LESSON EVERY DAY The 60-day program explains how betting works on you, one idea at a time. Why a six-leg parlay gives up about 24 cents of every dollar even when each pick is a coin flip. Why a near miss feels like almost winning. What a bonus bet is really worth. How sportsbooks set a line. Each lesson takes a couple of minutes and ends with one small thing to try. After day 60, a new lesson arrives every week. AN URGE TOOL FOR THE MOMENT IT HITS One tap starts a 10-minute wait. It shows your own reason for quitting and your plan for whatever set the urge off, and walks you through breathing and grounding exercises. Rate the urge before and after, and over time you'll see what waiting does to it. YOUR NUMBERS Count your clean days and the money you haven't bet. Slipping up doesn't wipe out your progress. Your total stays, and the app helps you work out what led to it. A PLAN TO PAY IT DOWN List what you owe and see the month each debt is gone, if the money you used to bet goes to it instead. PLANS FOR GAME DAY Get a check-in before big slates. Before the Super Bowl, March Madness, the playoffs and Thanksgiving, a short free plan helps you get through the day. CLOSE THE DOORS A checklist for closing sportsbook accounts, joining your state's self-exclusion program, blocking gambling at your bank, and telling someone you trust. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything you enter stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking. Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode, and delete it all anytime. HELP IS ALWAYS ONE TAP AWAY Every screen has a Get help button with the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-MY-RESET) and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. FREE AND PAID The urge tool, crisis help, your counters, the setup checklist and big-game-week plans are free. The full program, weekly lessons, urge patterns, the debt payoff plan and game-day check-ins come with a subscription: yearly or monthly, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan for new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime purchase. With notifications on, you'll get a reminder before your trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://offtheboardapp.com/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://offtheboardapp.com/privacy.html This app is not a substitute for professional treatment.
