Dayflint: One Thing a Day

Too many priorities? Dayflint asks one question each evening: if you only got one thing done tomorrow, what would it be? Then it helps you actually do it. ONE THING A DAY Set tomorrow's one thing the night before. In the morning, a gentle nudge reminds you what it is. No overflowing lists, no guilt. A CALM FOCUS TIMER Hold to start a 25, 50 or 90 minute session. Put your phone face down and let Dayflint keep time. Add soft brown noise or rain if it helps you settle in, and a quiet chime tells you when you're done. STREAKS THAT REST, NOT RESET Life happens. Miss a day and your streak rests instead of resetting. One rest day a week is on us, so a single slip never wipes out your progress. PLAN THE WEEK, REVIEW THE MONTH See one thing for every day of the week. Look back on your month, your streak and your focused hours, and learn when you tend to be "in the zone". MEET FLINTY Flinty, a small flame, cheers you on when you finish and waits patiently when you don't. DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE Full Dynamic Type support up to the largest accessibility sizes, VoiceOver labels throughout, Reduce Motion support, and a warm dark mode. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Dayflint has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your days live on your iPhone, and with Plus they sync through your own iCloud.
