Every move has an impact. Astral Chess takes classic chess into a neon arena suspended in space. Cyan and magenta pieces clash in a storm of light, electronic sound and cinematic camera moves. PLAY YOUR WAY Challenge five AI difficulty levels, or pass one device between two players. Choose your side, study the highlighted legal moves and plan your next attack. Games run offline, with no account required. FEEL THE CAPTURE Bigger targets create bigger moments. Capturing a valuable piece brings stronger bursts, shockwaves, sound effects and camera zooms. Checkmate gets its own finale, while an English electronic announcer calls key events. FIND YOUR ANGLE Rotate and zoom the 3D board, choose a camera view or switch to a clear 2D board. Adjust visual effects to suit your device and your taste. THREE TRACKS. ONE ARENA. Play to three original electronic tracks that cycle automatically. Change tracks and adjust music, combat effects and announcer volume separately. KEEP YOUR GAME GOING Your current game saves on your device so you can return to it later. Undo a move and explore a different idea. Castling, en passant and promotion are supported, with automatic draw handling for stalemate, insufficient material, threefold repetition and the fifty-move rule. The game interface and event announcements are in English. Announcer voice availability and sound depend on your device's English speech voices. Local two-player mode uses one device; online multiplayer is not included. Contains ads between completed games. An internet connection is needed for ads, but not for chess.
