Your phone reads a line out loud. You copy it into the microphone. Six virtual judges score the performance — and then argue about it. FOUR WAYS TO PLAY • Studio — solo. The panel scores you straight, no mercy. • Pass & Play — 2 to 4 players on one phone, scores hidden until the final reveal. • Dub Mode — dub a full five-line scene with a teleprompter that keeps the beat. Judged on timing and emotion rather than on sounding identical. • Party Vote — the app still listens, but the room decides the score. SCORED ON REAL SIGNAL, NOT A RANDOM NUMBER Every take is analysed against the reference clip on four criteria: • Pitch — how closely your melody tracks the original • Timing — length, rhythm and where you put the pauses • Emotion — how far you actually committed to the performance • Clarity — signal over noise, recording level, no clipping Octaves are folded, so a deep voice copying a high one is not punished for being deep. Copy the shape of the voice and the score follows — that is the whole game. TWENTY-FIVE CHARACTERS, TWENTY-FIVE VOICES Five voice packs, each with its own cast: a drive-thru clerk who has had enough, an old spirit granting one wish, a radio dispatcher, a villain mid-monologue. Every character gets a distinct voice, EQ and room, so the pack sounds like an ensemble instead of one machine reading a list. A PANEL THAT DISAGREES Six judges weigh the four criteria differently and each has a pet obsession, so they land on different numbers and their notes go straight at whichever criterion you were weakest on.
