About
Ironly is a simple, personal workout log. I built it because I wanted something this simple for my own training and couldn't find it — no accounts, no social feed, no ads. Once it worked well for me, I decided to just give it away, free. Strength • A curated exercise list, fuzzy search as you type • Log weight and reps per set, in kg or lb • Track your past workouts, exercises, weights and reps using simple charts over time • A live timer for each set while you train, with Lock Screen and Dynamic Island support, plus a rest timer between sets Cardio • Treadmill, stationary bike, rower, elliptical, and stair climber • Log duration, distance, resistance, incline, cadence, or floors climbed — whichever your machine actually tracks • See your cardio frequency and trends separately from strength, so they're never mixed together Progress • A frequency heatmap of your training history, colored by whichever metric matters to you • Per-exercise charts for both strength and cardio • A Home Screen widget showing time since your last workout and your weekly volume, at a glance • Switch between metric and imperial anytime Your workout history lives on your device — there's no account to create and nothing to sign into. That's really it: I made this for myself, and now it's yours too.Read more
