Check in with how you feel, find a short exercise, and return to your reflections when you are ready. No The Haven account is required. YOUR SPACE, YOUR PACE • Check in with five clearly labelled moods. Each tap creates a personal entry you can revisit. • Choose from short breathing, grounding, mindfulness and relaxation exercises. Stop or choose another practice whenever you need. • Keep a journal and notes in My Record, and make room for small personal steps. • Create a personal safety plan and find support contacts for the country you select. MADE FOR EVERYDAY MOMENTS Your personal entries are encrypted on your device. Core tools work offline. You decide whether to export or share your information.
