Juga Juga Plan is a planner for cooking asado for a crowd. You say how many adults, kids and vegetarians are coming and how hungry they are, and it does the arithmetic that usually happens in a panic at the butcher's counter: how many kilos of each cut, how much charcoal, when to light it and when each piece goes on so the whole table is served at once. WHAT YOU GET • Plans — every gathering you are hosting, with the date, serving time, guest count and a running tally of what past asados cost you • Guests — adults, kids and vegetarians, plus an appetite setting from light to hearty; the weights follow along as you change them • Cuts — a library of classic asado cuts with doneness, heat zone, rest time and price per kilo, a side-by-side compare mode, and room for your own cuts from your butcher • Schedule — a timeline worked backwards from serving time: when the coals get lit, when each cut goes on, when to flip it and when it rests, with warnings when the grill is too crowded or the start time is already past • Basket — a shopping list of meat, sides and charcoal built from the plan, with the total and the cost per person, ready to copy and send • Fire — a full-screen mode for standing at the grill: what is on now, what comes next, and one large button to put it on, flip it or take it off Weights can always be overridden by hand, plans can be duplicated for next Sunday, and a finished asado stays in your history.
