케어킹은 요양시설 종사자의 현장 기록 업무를 돕는 서비스입니다. 승인된 근무 지점과 권한에 따라 담당 수급자와 업무 현황을 확인하고, 식사·간식, 신체·인지 지원, 간호 관련 기록 등 담당 업무를 작성하고 조회할 수 있습니다. 여러 지점에서 근무하는 종사자는 연결된 지점을 전환해 이용할 수 있습니다. 글자 크기를 조절해 휴대폰에서도 편하게 사용할 수 있습니다. iOS 앱에서 현장 종사자는 Apple 또는 카카오 계정으로 시작한 뒤 지점의 초대 또는 승인 절차를 진행합니다.
