About

Most fitness apps show you data. MeridianIQ uses it to inform and adapt your training. Prepare for a race, follow a weightlifting plan, or do both. Running plans start with proven top-level coaching strategies. AI adapts them to your goals, schedule, and progress rather than inventing a method from scratch. Lifting plans are grounded in the latest exercise science and adapt using your logged performance and feedback. Running Set a race goal and share your current fitness, recent training, available days, and constraints such as travel or limited time. The plan uses those details to set your workouts, distances, and pace targets. During training, we compare your completed runs with the plan and use wearable data to show how you’re responding. You can follow your progress and see race predictions when available from your data source. If recovery signals suggest that today’s run is too demanding, we can recommend an easier workout or a rest day. For larger changes, tell the Plan Assistant what happened: a trip, a missed week, workouts that feel too easy or too hard, or a change in your goal. It considers your progress and the plan before proposing changes to upcoming workouts. You review those changes before they take effect. Lifting Choose a customizable template or build a plan around the muscles you want to train and the days you have available. Our plan builder allows you to prioritize muscles so you can bring up a lagging muscle group, or maintain existing strength while you focus on something else. We use your performance and feedback to adjust future weight, rep, and set targets while maintaining progressive overload. Training and Recovery Keep runs and lifts in one schedule, or use either on its own. See available performance and recovery metrics in one place, including sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, training load, and readiness. Short explanations put the trends in context. Privacy First Your health history stays on your iPhone by default. We use the information needed to provide your plans and insights, and never sell your data or use it for advertising, marketing, or tracking.Read more
