About

Ten by ten. Seventeen cells of steel, hidden. Where do you fire first? Blindwake is the paper battleship game you played at school, rebuilt for a phone and sharpened until every shot costs something. Call a cell, read the answer, and build the map of a fleet you never see. Hit, and you fire again — up to three shots in a row. Then the sea starts arguing with you. Rock eats a shot. Shallows take only the small hulls. Fog answers a hit with nothing at all, and only radar sees through it. Currents drag the short hulls you have not hit yet, ice cracks under your first shell and answers only the second, and decoys call "hit" and never sink. SEVENTY STAGES, SEVEN SEAS • Shallow Bay, Rock Archipelago, the Fog Sea, the Maelstrom, the Frozen Sea, the Mirage Sea and the Last Strait — each sea adds a rule, and a boss waits at the end of it • The Last Strait widens the board to twelve by twelve: seven ships, among them a supply ship and a torpedo boat, against a machine with sonar of its own • Not every stage asks you to sink them all: sink the flagship, hold out until the turns run out, escort your transport across, or catch their convoy before it escapes • Three stars a stage: win, win inside the shot limit, lose no more than it allows. 210 in all SONAR, EARNED UNDER FIRE • Every ship you sink charges sonar, and so does every ship you lose — the side that is behind charges faster • Spend it on radar (how many ship cells in a 3×3, never where), a salvo of three in a line, or a 2×2 cluster • Four captains, bought with stars, each bending one rule: a wider radar, a fourth shot in a chain, a first hit reported as a miss, one untouched ship moved once THREE MACHINES TO BEAT • Easy fires blind. Normal hunts and finishes what it finds. Hard counts where a ship most likely is, and fires there • Quick battle whenever you like, on any board your stars have opened TWO PHONES, ONE WI-FI • Rooms find each other. No account, no server, no internet • Both fleets are sealed before the first shot and revealed at the end, so a moved ship is caught • Four rule sets: Classic, Sea Battle, a three-minute Blitz, and Simultaneous, where both sides fire at once DRAW YOUR OWN SEA • Paint rock, shallows and fog; the editor refuses a board a fleet cannot hide on • Share a map as a code or a QR, or send it with the invitation Free to play, offline, thirteen languages. Hide. Guess. Sink.Read more
