About
Turn the workout videos you save into workouts you actually do. Share a video to PocketGym and it lays out the exercises, sets and reps, ready to check, plan and log at the gym. SAVE FROM ANY APP Tap Share on a workout video in your favorite app and choose PocketGym, or paste the link. PocketGym reads the post and builds a workout card with the exercises, sets and reps it found. You check it, fill in anything missing and make it yours. Cards saved from a post keep the creator's name and a link back to the original. LOG EVERY SET Workout Mode shows one exercise at a time. Log reps and weight, add a set, and the rest timer starts on its own. What you lifted last time is right there. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN AND YOUR WRIST A running workout stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with your next set, your rest timer and buttons to log a set or skip rest. The Apple Watch app follows the same workout, so you can log sets from your wrist and see your heart rate. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show today's workout and your week. PLAN YOUR WEEK Put saved workouts on the days you mean to train. The calendar shows what you planned next to what you actually did, and your weekly goal and streak keep count. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Finished sessions, weekly volume, muscles worked and personal records, added up after every workout. A LIBRARY YOU CAN FIND THINGS IN Every saved workout keeps its cover, so you know it at a glance. Search by workout, exercise or muscle, mark favorites, and sort the rest into collections. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Turn on Save my workouts and PocketGym saves each finished workout to the Health app. On iPhone, PocketGym only writes to Apple Health, and nothing from Apple Health is sent to PocketGym's servers or to AI providers. PUMPY, YOUR COACH (POCKETGYM PLUS) Ask Pumpy about an exercise, a swap, or how to fit training into the time you have. Pumpy can turn a goal into a week-by-week program and suggest changes to your library and plan, and nothing changes until you confirm. On the free Basic plan you can set one goal with Pumpy and get one free plan. AI, ONLY WITH YOUR PERMISSION PocketGym asks before it sends anything to AI. With your permission it uses OpenAI and Google Gemini to read posts and answer questions, and TypeSafe AI's Jev to match exercises. Turn AI off at any time in Settings and keep logging and planning by hand. BASIC IS FREE. PLUS IS OPTIONAL. Basic is free: log workouts, plan your week, see your progress and export your data, with a library of 20 saved workouts and monthly limits on AI reading. PocketGym Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that adds Pumpy, removes the library limit and raises the monthly limits. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. PocketGym provides general fitness information and workout logging. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. AI reading and AI answers can be wrong: check a workout before you train it, and talk to a doctor before you start a new program.
