About
A pocket collection of visual word puzzles. Each puzzle is a small typographic twist — letters and words arranged on a warm marble card so that, once the eye figures out how to read the layout, a hidden phrase quietly reveals itself. A word stacked over another for 'over'. A word split across the page for 'apart'. A word turned backward for 'reverse'. A word missing a letter for the letter's absence. The whole tradition of dingbats and pictogram puzzles, gathered in a modern app for quiet moments on a phone. The Puzzles side of the app opens as a walking trail of nodes that step through chapters of gradually rising difficulty. Early chapters hold the classic ones — puzzles the eye recognises after a second look. Later chapters twist the difficulty higher, until the last chapter belongs to the rare and clever ones where the phrase hides inside an unexpected typographic gesture. Solve a puzzle correctly on the first try and small warm-gold star tokens quietly accumulate at the top of the screen. Spend the tokens sparingly on a hint that greys out one wrong answer, or on a skip that lets you move past a puzzle you would rather come back to later. Skipped puzzles stay on the trail with a small dash mark, waiting to be re-solved when the eye is fresher. The Time Rush mode opens a separate side of the app. Pick a difficulty, wait for the short countdown, and solve as many puzzles as you can in the minute that follows. Each difficulty keeps its own personal best. Everything is kept on the device the app is opened on, with no account needed to use anything.Read more
