About
Taalu puts your shop's WhatsApp and email in one queue and shows you the one thing that decides whether an enquiry becomes a customer: how long they have been waiting. ONE INBOX Every WhatsApp message and every email your business gets, in one list, oldest wait first. Each row says who is waiting and for how long, so nothing sits for a day because it arrived while you were with somebody. THE AGENT DRAFTS, YOU SEND Taalu reads each message, works out what it is about, and writes a reply for you — the service menu, this week's opening hours, or the next free times, put together from your own rows. Nothing is sent until somebody presses send, unless you switch that on yourself. THE DIARY Who is walking in at four. Take a booking in a few taps, move it, mark it done or a no-show, ask for a deposit on the ones that get missed. Times are always your shop's, not your phone's. THE CUSTOMER BOOK Everybody who has ever messaged you, written by the messages themselves rather than by anyone typing — so it is still right in March. What they had, what they spent, what they missed, and the note that makes them feel known next time. WHAT THE WEEK MADE Revenue first, then the customers and bookings behind it. How fast you answered. How many people you went back to after they went quiet, and how many of them came back. ARABIC AND ENGLISH Every screen, both languages, right-to-left when it should be. Not a translation bolted on — the app is built in both. BUILT FOR UAE SMALL BUSINESSES Salons, garages, jewellers, clinics' neighbours on the same street — trades where the next customer arrives on WhatsApp and the answer has to be quick. Taalu speaks your trade's words: a salon reads "Diary" where a jewellery shop reads "Enquiries". Taalu needs a Taalu account. Taalu puts your shop's WhatsApp and email in one queue and shows you the one
thing that decides whether an enquiry becomes a customer: how long they have
been waiting.
ONE INBOX
Every WhatsApp message and every email your business gets, in one list, oldest
wait first. Each row says who is waiting and for how long, so nothing sits for
a day because it arrived while you were with somebody.
THE AGENT DRAFTS, YOU SEND
Taalu reads each message, works out what it is about, and writes a reply for
you — the service menu, this week's opening hours, or the next free times, put
together from your own rows. Nothing is sent until somebody presses send,
unless you switch that on yourself.
THE DIARY
Who is walking in at four. Take a booking in a few taps, move it, mark it done
or a no-show, ask for a deposit on the ones that get missed. Times are always
your shop's, not your phone's.
THE CUSTOMER BOOK
Everybody who has ever messaged you, written by the messages themselves rather
than by anyone typing — so it is still right in March. What they had, what they
spent, what they missed, and the note that makes them feel known next time.
WHAT THE WEEK MADE
Revenue first, then the customers and bookings behind it. How fast you answered.
How many people you went back to after they went quiet, and how many of them
came back.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH
Every screen, both languages, right-to-left when it should be. Not a
translation bolted on — the app is built in both.
BUILT FOR UAE SMALL BUSINESSES
Salons, garages, jewellers, clinics' neighbours on the same street — trades
where the next customer arrives on WhatsApp and the answer has to be quick.
Taalu speaks your trade's words: a salon reads "Diary" where a jewellery shop
reads "Enquiries".
