We are not open every day. Order on the days we are. Tasty Tum! runs on working dates. The grill is not on every day, so the app opens on what is actually published: the next date we cook, the hours we cook it, and the moment ordering closes. When nothing is open, it says so instead of pretending otherwise. ONLY THE DAYS WE COOK Every date carries its own hours, its own ordering cutoff counting down, and whether it is pickup, delivery, or both. Order inside the cutoff and you are in. After it, the day is closed — no surprises at the counter. COLLECT IT, OR HAVE IT BROUGHT TO YOU Pick up from whichever point suits you: more than one can run on the same date, each with its own collection slots. Or set an exact delivery pin on the map — a point you place yourself, with a landmark and a note for the courier, not a vague region. Slot capacity is real, so a full slot is shown full. THE MENU, EXACTLY AS IT IS TODAY Each dish with its price, what is in it, its allergens, its size choice and its extras. Prices and availability come from the kitchen, not from a cached menu — if something has sold out, you will know before you order, not after. PAY THROUGH JUICE Transfer the amount, send the reference and a screenshot, and the seller checks it by hand. Payment and order acceptance stay two separate things, and the app tells you where each one stands — a verified payment is never quietly mistaken for an accepted order. WATCH IT COME TO YOU Once the delivery run starts: your position in the queue, how many stops are ahead of yours, a moving arrival estimate, and roughly where the courier is on the road. WHAT THE MAP DOES NOT DO You see your own stop and nothing about any other customer. The courier's position is coarsened before it is sent, never exact. Sharing begins when the run starts and stops when it ends. OFFERS THAT APPLY THEMSELVES Free items, percentages, fixed amounts and bundle prices. Qualifying offers come off at the till without a code — and when one does not apply, the app tells you why rather than staying silent. KEPT INFORMED, NOT SPAMMED A notification when your order is accepted, when it is being prepared, when it is ready or on its way, and when the courier is next door. Offers and announcements are opt-in; the news about your own order always reaches you. EVENTS AND PRE-ORDERS Cooking at an event? Pre-order ahead of the day and collect on site.
