My Motoclub

My Motoclub is the access control system for Motoclub Mauritius. It runs an event end to end — riders enter, organisers verify, marshals scan at the gate — and keeps every licence and ticket on the phone instead of on paper. EVENT ENTRIES Riders complete their own entry, so organisers get a legible list instead of a folder of forms. Auto and moto categories, with proto, promosport, maxisport and supersport classes, race numbers, transponders and co-pilots. The fee for the chosen class is shown up front, and the entry is complete only once the rider accepts it. Each event carries a closing date, and the form shuts itself once that date passes. TECHNICAL VERIFICATION Scrutineering happens on the phone, beside the car. Work through the checklist — suspension and steering, wheels and tyres, battery secure, driving licence — record the make, model and declared horsepower, and capture both signatures: the scrutineer who checked the car, and the participant who cross-checks it. Once a car passes, organisers assign it to its group, with a record of who cleared it. TICKETS AND THE GATE Every ticket carries a cryptographically signed code that is validated server-side and can only be used once, so a screenshot cannot get a second person through. Scan with the phone camera and get an instant accept or reject, with the reason shown — built for a queue at the gate, not a desk. Pair a Bluetooth thermal printer and print an access wristband on the spot as each rider or guest is admitted. MEMBERSHIP AND LICENCES Issue and review digital racing licences, track validity dates, and see at a glance who is current and who has lapsed. A rider's licence lives on their phone and is checked against the event date, so an expired licence is caught before the gate rather than at it. GUESTS AND COMPANIONS Build guest lists, add invitees and the companions they are allowed to bring, pull a number straight from your contacts, and keep the count against the event's capacity. Roles — guest, VIP, press, sponsor, staff — are colour-coded so the list reads at a glance. STAFF AND PERMISSIONS Granular permissions decide who can run events, approve licences, scan at the gate, verify cars, assign groups, manage staff or send notifications. Nobody sees more than their job needs. NOTIFICATIONS AND RECORDS Tell riders and staff what changed — an approved licence, a new invitation, an event update — without chasing them. Export guest lists, licences and member directories to CSV or PDF and share them straight from the phone for the paperwork that still needs doing. WHO IT IS FOR The committee, for membership, licences, events and pricing. Marshals and scrutineers, for verification, scanning and wristbands on event day. Riders and guests, for entering events and carrying a licence and ticket on their phone. ACCOUNTS Accounts are issued and approved by Motoclub Mauritius. You will need an account with the club to sign in; the app does not create open public accounts. You can delete your account and its personal data from inside the app at any time, or ask us to do it for you. PERMISSIONS Camera — scanning QR tickets and licences. Nothing else. Bluetooth — connecting to the wristband printer. Contacts — optional. Used only to pick an invitee's phone number on the device. Your contacts are never uploaded. Notifications — event, entry and licence updates. DATA Entering an event asks for details a motorsport meeting needs to run safely, including your blood group and an emergency contact, so medical staff at the circuit can act quickly if something happens to you.
