CamClaw turns a spare iPhone into a scheduled camera. Plug it in and set a daily time in Shortcuts. At that time, the phone opens CamClaw, takes a photo, and the system Messages app sends it to the recipient you choose. The app itself has no account, no server, and does not upload photos. Compose first in the viewfinder with rule of thirds, horizon, golden ratio, and spiral guides. You can also focus manually or overlay the last photo to match a previous framing. Capture settings stay on this device and are reused when Shortcuts takes a photo. Grant Camera and Full Photo Library access in the app first, then follow Set Up Automation. Sending is done by Messages, so keep cellular or Wi-Fi available.Read more
