Skip the rental counter: choose a suitable truck, get a route-based estimate, and request a haul from your phone. FOR CUSTOMERS • Request small, medium or heavy-duty trucks. • Set pickup and delivery locations, including an exact map pin. • See your assigned driver’s photo, rating, vehicle details and plate. • Pay securely after a driver accepts, before the haul starts. • Follow job progress and live location, message your driver, and rate the completed haul. • Plan supported dump runs with landfill and disposal-fee estimates. FOR HAULERS • Complete driver, vehicle, insurance and payout onboarding. • Go online, choose your pickup radius, and review nearby offers. • Accept jobs and follow in-app driving guidance through pickup and delivery. • Manage job progress, communicate with customers, and track earnings. • Use supported Apple Watch and CarPlay features while respecting parked-only controls. Pickupz launches in Edmonton, Calgary, Camrose, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, High River, Okotoks, Beaumont, Fort McMurray and Grande Prairie. Availability depends on your service area and local haulers. Canada-wide expansion is planned to begin in early 2027. Pickupz is a Canadian product, operated and supported by Graffiti Labs US LLC. Hauling is provided by independent haulers.
