Lock Season is a discipline score and self improvement tracker. 12 honest questions, one number, three things a day. IT RATES YOU Answer 12 questions about your last 7 days. They become your Season Score, 0 to 99, and four ratings: Discipline, Body, Mind, Focus. You see which rating is weakest and the one thing that breaks you. IT TELLS YOU WHAT TO DO Every morning you get a protocol: three non-negotiables and one stretch, built from your weakest rating and your leak. Short, specific, written down. Check them off. Two taps at night shape tomorrow: low energy makes it lighter, a strong urge points it straight at your leak. IT KEEPS SCORE You are re-scored from what you did: on day 4, then every 7 days. Each rating moves on its own. Up if you showed up. Down if you didn't. Once a week a boss task shows up, one level above you. ALSO IN THE SEASON PASS • Your score card, updated at every re-score.
