Ownerkit

Ownerkit keeps the dates that can catch you out. Pick the setup that fits: telco and civil contractors, plumbers and gas fitters, electricians, builders, landscapers, transport and fleet, cleaners, farms, rental properties, general small business, or home and personal. Or build your own sections and fields. Everything with a date shows on the Home screen as overdue, due soon or coming up, and you get a notification 30 days before, 7 days before and on the day. Attach photos and documents to anything: insurance certificates, rego papers, licences, calibration certificates, receipts. Open them, share them, or email them from the phone. Add every due date to your own calendar in one tap, whether that's iCloud, Google or Outlook, and it stays up to date as things change. Everything is saved on your phone. No account needed. FREE - One template, unlimited records, reminders, photos and documents, and a calendar file OWNERKIT PRO - Share with the office. Your records sync to a Google Sheet you own. The office sees and edits the same list, photos land in your Drive, and every phone with the link works off the one set of records. - Excel in and out. Export the whole register, a tab per section plus a reminders tab. Edit it on a computer and import it straight back. - Every template, switch between them any time, and keep your records when you do. - Build your own sections and fields, with a reminder on any date you like. - Your logo and colours across the app and on the home screen icon. - A calendar link the office can subscribe to in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Made in Australia for people who'd rather be on the tools than doing paperwork. https://ownerkit.com.au/terms https://ownerkit.com.au/privacy
