About

Hold the line. Seal the reactor. New Orange City is under siege. Mechanate drone-cores ricochet through the reactor decks beneath the city, and you are the one sealing them in. Drag across the deck to raise a containment field. If the field finishes, it seals; any space with no core inside is claimed. Claim enough of the deck to secure it and drop to the next one. If a core touches your field while it is still growing, it shatters. A SIMPLE MOVE THAT KEEPS DEEPENING Crawlers that chew through sealed walls, spiders that walk across your claimed ground, tethered pairs whose link shatters fields, and shards that slip through thin walls Deck conditions: tremors, brownouts, swarms and more Infestation decks that throw one kind of core at you, and nothing else Supplies to grab mid-deck: shields, freezes, gravity wells, fortified plating, and a few rarer ones deep down SEVEN BOSSES, AND HIM God-Emperor Deblon scorches the deck from above, and he learns new attacks the deeper you go, from twin beams to Cinders that bounce across the deck and then blow. Below him, seven bosses each break the rules a different way: The Foreman pries your walls loose The Mason lays plating across open deck The Splitter sheds new cores off your walls The Triplet's loose nodes explode unless you box them in The Mass pulls every core around it into orbit The Ghost phases straight through your walls The Weaver strings strands that shatter your fields A CITY THAT KEEPS GOING DOWN Decks have their own names and layouts, and the music slows and darkens as you descend. Reach the bottom at deck 100, then keep going into the Second Descent, where Deblon brings a partner boss and each new stratum changes the rules.
