About
Three minutes of work, a minute in the corner, and a bell you can hear with gloves on. Boxing, MMA and Muay Thai rounds, plus HIIT, Tabata and circuits, in one timer you start and then ignore. SIMPLE TO START Open the app and the button at the top is the workout you did last time. Six one-tap protocols sit under it. The Timer tab is four numbers and a start button, and it remembers where you left it. THIRTY PROTOCOLS BUILT IN Boxing at three minutes and two, and the full twelve rounds. MMA at five minutes over three rounds and over five. Muay Thai at three minutes with two to recover. HIIT at 20/10, 30/15, 40/20, 45/15 and 60/30. Tabata, single and double. Circuits, strength sets, sprint and tempo running, bike intervals, jump rope, a full-body stretch, a mobility flow and box breathing. AMRAP and For Time with a round counter you tap. Every one of them is editable. POWERFUL WHEN YOU NEED IT Build a workout from work, rest and rounds, or open the block editor and lay out a warm-up, two working blocks with their own rounds and rests, and a cool down. Give any exercise its own duration, or its own rest. Duplicate, reorder, rename. BEAUTIFUL WHILE TRAINING Huge digits you can read from across a room, a ring that shows the whole session at a glance, and a large-clock mode for when the phone is on the floor. Light and dark, both designed properly. HEARD, NOT WATCHED Countdown beeps, phase bells, haptics, and a spoken coach that calls the round and names the exercise coming next. An optional boxing mode calls random punch combinations during work rounds. Your music keeps playing underneath. KEEPS TIME HONESTLY The clock is driven by real timestamps, not by counting ticks, so it stays exact with the screen locked, in your pocket, or after a phone call. Come back to the app and it is in the round you are genuinely in. KEEPS THE RECORD Every session is saved with its duration, rounds and work-to-rest split. Filter history by week, month or year. See your streak, your weekly consistency, a twelve-month trend and what you train most. YOURS, OFFLINE No account. No sign-up. Nothing to create before you can train. Everything works with no connection, and your data stays on your phone. Export it to a file whenever you like, and delete all of it in two taps. PREMIUM Unlimited workouts, the multi-block builder, full statistics, Apple Health, voice choice, unlimited reminders and the workout generator. The timer itself is never locked. Boxing Timer counts rounds and intervals. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing how you train. Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that.
