Accedo Admin

Accedo Admin is the organizer's app for events running on Accedo Tickets. Set up an event, sell at the door, check guests in, and see where sales stand, without leaving the venue. AT THE DOOR Take payment in person with a Stripe Terminal card reader, or record a cash sale. Sell tickets and door items — wristbands, merch, drink tickets — from one cart. On iPad, the product grid and cart sit side by side for fast repeat sales during a rush. CHECK GUESTS IN Point the camera at a ticket's QR code and it checks in on the spot. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and printed PDF tickets all carry the same code, so it does not matter how the guest chose to hold their ticket. Already-scanned, wrong-event and void tickets are called out clearly, so door staff know what they are looking at. Bluetooth barcode scanners work too, and any code can be typed in by hand if a screen is too cracked or too dim to read. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND See tickets sold, revenue and estimated payout per event. Watch the numbers move as the door runs. Browse orders, open any one of them, and see exactly what was bought and whether each ticket has been scanned. SET UP EVENTS Create and edit events, set doors and start times, choose a venue, write the listing, and manage ticket types with their own prices, inventory and on-sale windows. Add door items for anything else you sell on the night. BUILT FOR STAFF Sign in by text message or with a username and password.
