About

Leasy Link is self-service landlord software that helps landlords organise and keep track of their own rental properties, tenants, leases and payment records. Built for landlords managing a handful of units or a growing portfolio, it replaces the notebook, the spreadsheet and the pile of receipts with a single record you can trust. WHAT YOU CAN DO Properties and units Add your rental properties and units, and see at a glance which units are occupied and which are vacant. Tenant records Keep a profile for each tenant, assign them to a unit, and preserve their rental history when they move out. Previous tenancy records remain available when a tenancy ends. Rent and utilities kept separate Keep rent and utility balances separate for each tenant, making it easier to see what has been recorded against each balance. Utility bills Record a water or electricity bill, attach a photo, and calculate a split across active tenants. You can override individual amounts where necessary. Payments and receipts Record payments received directly by you, including part payments. Overpayments can be carried forward as credit. Generate a PDF receipt with a unique receipt number for each payment you record. Monthly statements Generate an itemised statement for a tenant for any month, showing the opening balance, charges and recorded payments in date order, and the closing balance. Leases and signatures Create a lease using the built-in template or upload your own PDF. Send your tenant a secure link to review and sign it on their phone. The signed copy is stored with the tenancy record. The tenant does not need the Leasy Link app or an account. Your dashboard See the rent you expected to receive against the payments you have recorded, identify outstanding rent and utility balances, and keep track of occupancy across your rental units. BUILT FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY WORK Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. No password to remember. Amounts are recorded in Botswana Pula, with figures stored to the exact thebe. Photos are compressed before upload to help reduce data usage. YOUR DATA Your records are yours. Each landlord account is kept separate so other landlords cannot see your properties, tenants or figures. You can export your data or delete your account and its associated data from inside the app, subject to applicable requirements.
