About

Your plants, forecast nightly. Most plant apps set a schedule on the day you sign up, then fire the same reminder whether the soil is dry or not. Botanical Legacy models each plant instead. Every specimen carries a Digital Shadow that tracks the soil between waterings and re-forecasts every night, so the date it gives you is the day that plant will be thirsty. A Digital Shadow for every specimen Each plant carries a model of its own soil: pot volume, substrate, light, and the dry-down rate measured between its last two waterings. The next watering date is the day moisture is projected to cross the line, recomputed every night rather than counted off a calendar. Pest, disease and stress, read from one photo The Doctor, powered by Botanical Vision v5, reads a single photograph and returns disease, pest, light and growth stage, with the findings boxed on the image itself. It holds the previous frame beside the new one, so the verdict is a trend rather than a snapshot. Toggle a what-if, watch the Shadow re-project Water, mist, feed, or move a plant somewhere brighter, over 7, 14 or 30 days. The vitality curve, the moisture curve and the dated timeline of what happens next all recompute on the device, against that specimen's own telemetry, with the do-nothing curve drawn beside it. A real reading beats the forecast Bind any soil-moisture, temperature, humidity or conductivity sensor Home Assistant can see to one specimen or a whole room. A fresh reading overrides the model estimate, a moisture spike logs the watering by itself, and a rising salt trend warns before the burn. Care that knows what month it is Dormancy halves the dry-down and holds feeding until the season resumes, hemisphere-aware, from your location. Frost and heatwave alerts read the forecast against each plant's tolerated band, and 5 mm of rain credits an outdoor plant its watering. One morning read, and the shortest list that matters The Sanctuary Brief opens with two numbers: specimens thriving, and specimens needing attention. Overdue, due today and this week sit in groups, one tap logs the care, and the schedule re-derives the moment you do. Dormant plants rest in a quiet group with no button at all. A dossier behind every plant Now, Care, Trends, Shadow, Journal and About, per specimen. A growth timeline of dated photographs with side-by-side compare. Placement that names the room and the light it gets. Propagation scored off the parent's vitality, with a lineage tree across generations. A searchable field guide with difficulty, pet safety and care vitals. When you go away Away mode quiets routine reminders and leaves health and frost alerts running. Your sitter gets a printable watering sheet. Your archive stays yours One button downloads every specimen, care log, location, setting and photograph as a single dated archive, growth curves included as CSV. One more deletes the account, the files and the billing record with it. No advertising, no resale, no profiling — memberships are the only thing that pays for this. Start on the free Observer tier: active management for your first specimens, the daily Sanctuary Brief, care protocols and a monthly allowance of AI diagnostics. Cultivator and Conservancy raise the specimen limit and that allowance, connect sensors through Home Assistant, and add frost and heatwave alerts, Away mode and the continuous Shadow. Cultivator and Conservancy are auto-renewable subscriptions, monthly or yearly, sold in the app through In-App Purchase, with a free trial for new subscribers (2 weeks for Cultivator, 1 week for Conservancy). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation; a subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
