About

Say what you did and the invoice writes itself, priced from your own rates. Then it goes and asks for the money, so you don't have to. Most invoicing apps stop at the invoice. That was never the hard part. A small business is owed about $17,500 at any one moment, and more than half of that is sitting there because nobody followed up. MAKE IT IN THE TIME IT TAKES TO REACH THE VAN Say the job out loud and it comes back as priced lines, using the rates you already charge. Or photograph the job sheet — handwriting is fine. Or type it, which is sometimes quicker. It never invents a price. If a rate isn't saved and you didn't say one, the line comes back blank rather than guessed. Nothing is sent anywhere until you have read it. THEY SCAN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE Every invoice carries a QR code. They point a phone at it and the invoice opens on their screen, with your payment details already on it — check, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, card, cash, whichever ones you use. It prints on the paper copy too, and you can send it by email or text instead. Any currency, wherever you work. SIX REMINDERS YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO WRITE The first goes three days BEFORE it's due — the one nobody sends, and the one that works best. Then five more, spaced out, polite first and firmer later. They stop the day you record a payment. If someone promises to pay Friday, pause it and it picks up after. Nothing goes out behind your back: every reminder is a draft you can read, edit or skip. KNOW WHO ACTUALLY PAYS What you're owed, sorted by how late it is. Who owes you most. Who takes longest to pay — worth knowing before you quote them the next job. ESTIMATES THAT BECOME INVOICES Price the job first. They accept it, you invoice it, and nothing gets retyped. WHAT WE DON'T DO We never touch your money. It goes straight from your client to your account — no processing cut, no two-day hold, no account to open. And you'll never be told you've run out. Unlimited invoices, clients and reminders on every plan. There is no higher tier, because there is nothing held back. YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS Invoice numbers are allocated in sequence with no gaps, the way your accountant and the taxman want them. An issued invoice is never deleted, only voided, so the trail stays intact. Export everything as PDF or CSV whenever you like, including after you cancel. Also in Spanish. ——— SUBSCRIPTION Invoices Done is a subscription. One plan, three ways to pay for it: - $99.00 per year - $19.00 per month - $7.00 per week Every plan includes everything described above. There is no free tier and no trial — the price is the price, and you can see it before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
