About
Titrate is a private daily log for people who have just started ADHD medication, or just had a dose changed. The first months are the months your prescriber will ask about, and they are the hardest to remember accurately. Titrate takes about twenty seconds a day and gives you a dated record to bring to the next appointment. TWENTY SECONDS A DAY Dose, focus, mood, appetite, sleep. Tap a rating for each and you are done. No typing unless you want to add a note. A reminder at the time you choose, if you want one. YOUR RATINGS OVER TIME, WITH THE DOSE CHANGES MARKED The Trends chart draws your ratings across the weeks and marks every dose change on the same axis, so what happened after a change is visible rather than remembered. The Timeline holds every day, and any day can be edited or deleted. A RECORD FOR YOUR PRESCRIBER The Full Report is a dated PDF with your daily log, your dose changes and the period it covers, ready to print or share yourself. A spreadsheet of the same days is there if you want the raw numbers. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Titrate does not diagnose anything. It records what you tell it, and nothing else. Doses come from your prescriber and this app has no opinion on them. It does not read your chart for you: you see your own numbers back and it draws no conclusion from them. ONE PAYMENT, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION Logging every day, your whole timeline, editing and deleting any day, the dose-change log, your reminders and the last seven days of the chart are free. Those are the diary. The Full Report is a single payment: the prescriber PDF, the spreadsheet export and the full-history chart. No subscription and nothing to cancel. PRIVACY No account, no sign-in and no server. Your diary stays on this iPhone. The app reports anonymous usage and crash diagnostics under a random install identifier, carries no adverts and never asks for tracking permission. This is your own logged data. It is not medical advice and does not replace your prescriber's judgement. If something worries you about your medication, contact your prescriber or your GP.Read more
