Milk Register keeps a dairy round's account straight, every day, in the two languages the trade actually uses. A vendor delivers twice a day. A buyer takes from several vendors. Rates change mid-month. Payments arrive in uneven lumps. Milk Register records all of it, and lets either side send the other a clear statement on WhatsApp. WHAT IT DOES - Morning and evening entries, by party, milk type and quantity. - Rates that are dated, not overwritten. Correcting last week's entry prices it at last week's rate, never at today's. - Payments settled against the oldest unpaid entries first, with whatever a payment does not cover carried forward. - Vendors and clients, whether you buy, sell, or both. - Reports by period, by party or by month, with Excel export you can share from your phone. - WhatsApp receipts and full statements, sent from your own WhatsApp. No message ever leaves without you pressing send. - Reminders that read the last three weeks and work out which rounds you actually keep, so someone who records twice a week is never nagged. - English and Hindi throughout.
