Make room for the things you want to do. Mindkeep gives the apps and websites you select one shared daily allowance, with an island that grows as you protect your time. Choose your activities using Apple’s Screen Time picker, set your allowance, and choose a Keeper. Your daily goal is always there—there is no daily session to start. • See your daily allowance and remaining time when Apple’s private usage report is available. • Earn an island addition by staying below your limit until midnight with protection healthy. • Reach your limit and your selected activities are shielded for the day. • Use one optional rescue: hold for 10 seconds to unlock up to five minutes of selected activity use. Rescue does not erase a missed day. • Repair a damaged worksite on a later day with a smaller allowance. Repair restores existing progress and earns no new addition. • Keep protecting your completed island in maintenance after 30 additions. • Adjust tomorrow’s allowance and selections, change your Keeper, and control motion, sound and haptics in Settings. Mindkeep requires Screen Time authorization. Usage can be delayed or unavailable; the app keeps that uncertainty visible. Your selections, settings and day records are stored locally. No account or advertising. Apple and RevenueCat process subscription purchases and subscription status; your Screen Time selections and usage reports are not sent to RevenueCat.
