setlist.io

setlist.io is the shared show for a touring production — the running order, the versions, the files, the day sheet and tonight's changes, in one place the band, the crew and the desk all open. This is the phone and tablet companion to the setlist.io web console. Your tour manager invites you; there is nothing to set up. TONIGHT, AT A GLANCE Open the app and see the show that matters now: where it is, what's next, what changed since last time. On a show day the app follows the running order as it happens. THE RUNNING ORDER Every song in its version, with the notes for your department. When someone moves a song or changes a time, you see the change — no group chat to chase. THE DAY SHEET Venue, hotel, set times, who to call — filled in from what the tour already knows. Travel for the whole party in one itinerary. MUSIC Play the rehearsal mix for a song right from the page, with timecode running under the playhead. Keep the files you need on the device for a venue with no signal. CHAT Talk to the whole crew, your department, or one person. Report a message or block someone from the message itself. TOUR PASS Your pass for the tour, and your account in one place. ON iPAD A wider working surface for rehearsal — the running order beside the notes and the takes — and a Show Mode board for the desk. BUILT INSIDE PROFESSIONAL TOURING Made by a playback engineer, for the people behind the show. Timecode is native here, not an afterthought. Signal backstage is what it is: keep working through it, and things catch up when you're back on. Tours are set up one at a time, by invitation.
