Antey

Antey is a workout journal with an AI companion — a little company for every set. Workout plans are everywhere. The hard part is coming back. Antey keeps your training in one place and keeps you company while you do it. TRAIN • Log sets with a tap or tell Antey — weight and reps, time or distance. • A rest timer that alerts you when rest is over, even in Silent mode. • Warm-up and cool-down, and your workout live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. • Photos and videos of your workout stay on your iPhone. PLAN • Ready-made programs for the gym and for home, or build your own. • Quick workouts for when you just want to start. • Save a program day or a past workout as your own and start it again in one tap. TALK TO ANTEY • Chat with Antey about your training — before, between sets and after. • Hands busy? Just talk. Voice conversations during your workout. • Video calls with Antey's avatar. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Every workout in your history, with charts of your training and progress by exercise. • Small Wins for showing up, keeping the plan and completing your week. • Heart rate from Apple Health beside your workout, when your watch recorded it.
