DAY CHECK-IN AND ATTENDANCE Mark check-in and check-out with location stamped automatically, so attendance and field presence are verified without paperwork. Managers see the day's attendance report for the whole team. ROUTE MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING Plan the day's route, record party visits with location, and review the tracking report and route trail for any team member and date. DAILY REPORTING File the daily activity report from the field while details are fresh, with party, purpose and outcome captured against the visit. EXPENSE MANAGEMENT Raise local and out-station claims, attach bill and odometer photographs, and send them for approval. Approvers clear pending claims from the same app. SALES ORDERS AND BLANKET AGREEMENTS Create and track sales orders against live customer and item master data, split blanket agreement quantities, and follow pending orders to closure. CUSTOMER INFORMATION Look up business partners, customer outstanding and ledger positions before a visit, so every conversation is backed by current numbers.
