What you can do • See Open and Resolved threads, Assigned to me, Unassigned, and Handoff queues • Read why the AI handed a conversation to a person, then take it over or resolve it • Pause AI and continue as a human • Use your workspace canned replies, write to the customer, or leave an internal note • Work WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and web chat on the same account • Get notified for new inbound messages and human handoffs The app uses the same account, conversations, and rules as the web workspace.
