For employers, TalentConnect is a direct line to newcomer talent arriving in British Columbia. For newcomers, TalentConnect gives you two ways to find work: • Browse job postings widely across your region, from a range of employers • Discover featured opportunities from IEC-BC's employer partners, businesses actively committed to inclusive hiring Build a profile once, then search, apply, and connect directly with employers. TalentConnect is delivered by IEC-BC (Immigrant Employment Council of British Columbia), a not-for-profit dedicated to helping BC employers attract, hire, and retain skilled immigrant talent, and helping newcomers find meaningful employment, on a technology platform powered by Kibbi. This platform is made possible with funding from the BC Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction ( MSDPR) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
