About Kivvo: Kivvo generates product images and short videos from a photo the user uploads. Photos may show a person (for example, the user modeling a product). Subscription Terms: Kivvo offers a 150 Credits/Month subscription at $29.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Consent and data sharing (Guideline 5.1.2(i)): Before a user's first upload, the app shows a consent screen naming each third-party AI provider that receives their photo and any script text (Google Gemini, FASHN, Perfect Corp/YouCam, HeyGen). It states what is sent and why, links to our Privacy Policy, and requires an explicit "I agree" tap. Before each generation involving a person's photo, the user must also confirm: "This photo is of me, or I have the permission of the person shown. It does not show anyone under 18." Consent is logged. Content moderation: Uploaded photos and generated images are automatically checked for nudity/sexual content, apparent minors, graphic violence, and recognizable public figures. Scripts and text prompts are checked for harassment, hate, sexual content, self-harm, deceptive claims, and impersonation. Blocked requests show a generic message, do not consume credits, and are logged without storing the image or text. Our rules are listed in Settings → Content guidelines. AI disclosure: Generated images and videos show an "AI-generated" badge in the app. Images shared or saved from the app carry an "AI-generated · Kivvo" label, and video share captions begin with "Made with AI (Kivvo)". Privacy and deletion: Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after processing finishes. Users can delete their account and all photos and outputs in Settings.
