Mekanis

Mekanis brings your motorcycle maintenance and deadlines records together in one place. Keep a clear view of every bike in your garage, from its current mileage and photo gallery to the work that needs attention and the jobs you have completed. Record issues as soon as you notice them, with a description, photos and a priority that reflects whether the bike is safe to ride. Plan services and inspections, improvements and important deadlines with dates, mileage targets and budgets. Link related jobs with dependencies so you can see what needs to happen first. Work does not need to happen in one step. Add dated progress notes to issues and improvements, record what you tried and track any spending along the way. When a job is finished, mark it complete to keep its details and costs in your maintenance history. You can reopen a completed job if more work is needed. See how much you have spent, how your costs compare with your budgets and where you have gone over budget. The Financials view brings totals together by type of work and by tag, while each job keeps its own budget and spending details. Keep useful images close to the work they document. Take photos or add several from your Photo Library, attach them to jobs and organise them with tags. Browse the full gallery for each motorcycle and find related photos through shared tags. Search one bike or your whole garage to find jobs, including completed work, and tagged photos. Store service and legal PDF documents with the relevant motorcycle. Record mileage over time and, when you set a planned date, choose whether to add an event to your calendar with a link back to the item in Mekanis. Mekanis requires no account. Your records are stored on your device.
