Kioks replaces the tally list on the club fridge. Everyone books their own drink on their phone, and the treasurer settles up whenever it suits them. At the end of the month nobody has to guess whose mark that was. FOR MEMBERS Tap instead of drawing a line; one tap is enough. Your balance is visible at any time, with the full history. Tapped the wrong thing? Undo it yourself right away, without asking anyone. Your club decides how long that window stays open: 5 to 60 seconds, 10 by default. Booking and checking your own balance stays free forever. FOR THE TREASURER Add items with prices. A price change applies from then on and never alters past bookings. Settle up with a transfer code: the member scans it in their banking app and types nothing. A statement per member as a PDF, with purchase history and balance. Record purchases and count stock, so expected and actual add up. Export as CSV and PDF for the audit. That stays open always, even without an active subscription. Members without a smartphone are booked by the treasurer; those entries are marked as such. NO ACCOUNT, NO PASSWORD There is no registration, no email address and no password. Joining means scanning an invitation code, and that is it. ENCRYPTED Everything exchanged between your devices is end-to-end encrypted, and only your own devices hold the key. What sits on our server are blocks of data from which we cannot even read the name of your club. The server is in Germany, and the app is written here too. ACCOUNTABLE The club feed shows everyone that a booking happened. What someone owes is seen only by them and the treasurer. On top of that, a log of every administrative action that any member can open, because oversight only the treasurer can see does not hold the treasurer to account. WITHOUT A SIGNAL Bookings are always saved on the device straight away. The sync catches up as soon as there is reception again. Down in the cellar nobody notices. WHAT IT COSTS Booking stays free for every member, forever. A subscription is only needed for administration, the part the treasurer uses. Administration works without a subscription for the first month, which starts with the first booking, so entering your members does not use up half of it.
