Change Order App: T&M Tags

Get paid for the work nobody wrote down. Extra work starts with someone on site saying "just do it, we'll sort the paperwork later". Months later the paperwork is the argument. ChangeProof turns that moment into a priced, signed PDF before you leave the job. SIXTY SECONDS, ON SITE • Describe the extra work and why it sits outside the contract • Name the person who authorized it — the field that decides who pays • Add labor: who, what trade, hours, rate, overtime as its own line • Add materials and equipment, with markup if your contract allows it • Attach photos of what you actually did • Get the client or superintendent to sign on the screen • Export one PDF and send it THE TOTAL IS THE POINT Every line adds up as you type it, so the amount is on screen while the person who approved the work is still standing next to you. No spreadsheet afterwards, no rebuilding it from memory on Sunday night. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works fully offline — no signal needed • No account, no login • Your first tag is free • Tags stay on your iPhone • Sequential tag numbers, so you can point to T-014 and everyone knows which one WHY THIS DOCUMENT MATTERS Two thirds of specialty contractors still write time and materials on paper tags. Those tags get lost, and the work gets written off. A tag with the labor priced, the photos attached and both signatures on it is a different conversation with the general contractor — one you can send the same day. PRICING ChangeProof is free to download, and your first PDF export is free. After that, choose one of: • Single PDF Export — one PDF export, one-time purchase • 5 Tag Pack — five PDF exports, one-time purchase; credits never expire • Lifetime Unlimited — unlimited exports, one-time purchase, no subscription • Monthly Unlimited — unlimited exports, an auto-renewable subscription billed every month Prices for your country are shown in the app before you buy (US: $9.99, $19.99, $49.99 and $9.99 per month). Monthly Unlimited is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically each month unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. ChangeProof is documentation software. It is not legal, contractual, or accounting advice. Read your contract before relying on any record.
