About
Vaelto is an operator's workspace: every client conversation in one place, and an assistant that drafts the reply in seconds. The assistant never sends anything on its own. It reads the client's question, finds the answer in your company's knowledge base and offers a draft — you send it as is, edit it, or write your own. The last word is always a person's. What the app does: • Every channel in one window — WhatsApp, Telegram, the chat on your website. • A drafted reply in seconds instead of minutes on routine questions. • Several drafts to choose from — short, detailed, careful. • Photograph a document straight into the conversation, without leaving it. • Voice messages are transcribed into text. • One-tap translation — your client writes in their own language. • A notification when a client needs a human: the assistant asks for one itself when the topic is sensitive or it isn't sure. • Losing connection doesn't lose your work: the app says plainly that there is no connection and returns you to the conversation as soon as there is. Who it's for: teams whose clients text on WhatsApp and Telegram more than they call — where every missed message costs money. The app works with your Vaelto workspace. An account is required — access is provided by your organization's administrator. Support: WhatsApp — https://wa.me/34651468494Read more

The “needs a person” queue is honest now. • The flag clears as soon as you reply to the customer — it used to sit there for weeks. • You can see why a person was called. • Clear the flag straight from the list, without opening the conversation. • Fewer false calls: the assistant asks for you where you are really needed. Quieter mail: an office gets at most one reminder a day. Small things that got in the way: text you typed is no longer lost when you switch conversations, and attachments no longer disappear after a month.
