About

Finish a qualifying workout and Recharge starts a training-load countdown. When it runs out, the estimate is complete. WHAT YOU SEE • A countdown in hours after every qualifying workout • A clear Countdown complete state when the estimate expires • The reason behind it: which session set the window, and how confident Recharge is • Watch complications in four families — circular, rectangular, inline, and corner — in the style you choose BUILT FOR HYBRID TRAINING Recharge runs a separate curve for each kind of session, because an hour under a barbell and an hour on the bike do not cost the same thing: • Endurance: run, ride, row, swim. Heart-rate-reserve load from your workout heart rate. • Strength: lifting. Wrist heart rate is unreliable under grip and bar contact, so Recharge asks you one question instead of guessing. • Mixed: circuits. Both systems taxed, so the longest window. • Easy: walks, yoga, mobility. Counted as active recovery. Never starts or extends a countdown. HONEST BY DESIGN Recharge shows you a bounded window, not a false-precision number. It shows which signal produced the estimate, and how confident it is. STANDARD, FREE The standard estimate is one shared table, set to your training level: session type, length, and intensity, scored against the heart-rate range for your age. • Apple Health workout import • The countdown and completion state, with notifications when enabled • Apple Watch app • All four complication families • iPhone explanation of your latest estimate RECHARGE+ Recharge+ replaces that table with you: every session is scored against your own 42-day baseline, and the last 30 days set how fast your countdowns run. • A recovery time built from your own history, not a population average • Sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV folded into each estimate • Calibration from how you say you actually felt when a countdown ran out • Weekly load against your own four-week average • Light / Moderate / Hard intensity correction for each session • Completion notification when enabled Recharge+ is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. • Monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers • Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Your data stays on your devices. There is no account and no sign-in. Purchases go through Apple and RevenueCat. IMPORTANT Recharge gives a cardiovascular training estimate based on your recent workout load. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it cannot tell you whether you are physically fit to train. Cardiovascular load, muscle soreness, connective tissue, illness, and mental fatigue are not the same thing. Always use your own judgement, and speak to a qualified professional about your health.
