Lunara: Breathe & Reflect

Lunara is a breathing practice with a reflective habit attached. A session is a ring that opens as you breathe in and closes as you breathe out, at a rhythm you choose. A haptic marks every turn, so you can follow it with the screen face down. Finish a session and Lunara writes the time to Apple Health as mindful minutes, next to everything else you keep there. The practice is the first thing on the Today screen, and it needs no cards at all. It can also open a reading, so you arrive at the tarot settled rather than scrolling straight into it — how long, and whether at all, is yours to set.
