PhysiqueProof: Progress Photos

Keep a clear record of your training progress, one check-in at a time. PhysiqueProof brings your progress photos, comparisons and weight trends into a private journal. Look back at what you saved and choose the context for your questions. BUILD YOUR PHOTO JOURNAL • Capture front, side and back views with pose guides • Use an on-device pose check to help keep framing consistent • Import older photos and confirm their date and pose • Keep your original progress photos on your device COMPARE YOUR CHECK-INS • Put selected photos side by side or use the comparison slider • Check differences in pose, framing and lighting before comparing • Request an evidence review of a selected photo pair • Share progress cards with personal details off by default FOLLOW YOUR WEIGHT TRENDS Keep dated weight entries alongside your check-ins. Optional Apple Health access brings supported readings into Trends on your device. Apple Health samples are never sent to online AI. ASK WITH YOUR CONTEXT Ask questions with the sources you choose: Journal, Weight, Training and Compare history. Personal sources start off. Optional Hevy workout context is included only when you enable it. Ask receives no progress photos or Apple Health samples. Online AI uses Google Gemini and requires sign-in, an explicit disclosure of the shared data, your permission and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Withdraw permission for future sharing in Settings. YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS Original photos stay on your device. For an optional evidence review, only reduced, metadata-stripped temporary copies of the selected photos are uploaded. If their deletion cannot be verified, the result is withheld. PhysiqueProof does not use photos to provide body measurements, appearance grades, medical conclusions or predictions.
