Clefwise: Music Studio Manager

Clefwise is a studio app for private music teachers and the families they teach. Families book and cancel their own lessons, and you invoice a whole term in one go. Stop chasing cancellation texts Families cancel from their own app, and you're notified straight away. Clefwise works out any lesson credit under your cancellation policy, from how much notice the family gave. Fill the gaps in your week Add an open time for an extra lesson or a lesson paid with credit, and families can book it from their app. An app for families too Parents see every child's lessons, notes, invoices and messages in one place, and can book, cancel, pay and message you from the app. Families accept your policies in the app Publish your studio policies once, and families read and accept them in the app. You can see who's accepted each version, and when. Invoices for the whole term Clefwise builds a term's invoices from your timetable. Families pay by card, and you can see which invoices are overdue. Every invoice shows AUD, GST and your ABN. Your day on one screen Home shows today's lessons, who has cancelled, and which lessons still need marking. On your phone and your computer Clefwise works the same on both, and they always show the same studio. Made for Australian studios Clefwise follows the school terms for your state, bills in AUD with GST, and stores your data in Sydney. Clefwise is built alongside a working music studio that runs on it every day.
