About

Retain valuable data from of your campaign on the ground. TraceReach Drop brings photos, places, messages, and results together on one map. Record posters, flyers, stickers, chalk messages, canvass stops, and more. Plan where to go, coordinate your crew, and see what gets scanned. KEEP A DETAILED PHOTO RECORD Photograph a drop to save its location and timestamp. Photo analysis adds a description of the scene: what the material is, what it is attached to or written on, whether it appears posted, and whether other posters, stickers, or graffiti are visible nearby. These details stay with the record, giving context to what happened at that place. READ THE WORDS IN THE PHOTO AI-assisted text recognition reads printed material, hand-lettered signs, and chalk messages. Recognized words appear with the drop and help connect material without a QR code to your hub's designs and requested messages. Scene and text analysis run after upload, with the original photo available alongside the results. ADD PHOTOS OVER TIME Add another camera or library photo to a saved drop without replacing earlier images. Browse its photo history, report whether the material is still there, or remove it from the map when it is gone. RECORD WITH OR WITHOUT A QR Scan a TraceReach QR code to connect a drop to its campaign material. Use Manual mode for material without a code. Photograph another group's QR code and save it as a Find, with its location, in your hub. SEE WHICH DESIGNS GET SCANNED Compare designs by recorded drops, total QR scans, and average scans per QR code. See which designs still need more copies and open the places asking for them. Filter recorded work by campaign and time period, and check your contribution in My Stats. Scan totals show visits accumulated by those codes; material without a QR still contributes to your photo record and coverage. PLAN PLACES TO VISIT Press and hold the map to add a Spot: a place you want to return to or ask your crew to cover. Put yourself on a Spot so others can see you plan to work there. Open its card to see requested designs, quantities, and progress. ORGANIZE WORK ON THE MAP Where your access allows, create and edit Spots, zones, and Runs. Set names, dates, crew assignments, and the drops needed. Attach designs and requested quantities to places. Draw a zone or use the boundary of a neighbourhood, town, city, or country. FIND NEARBY PLACES Explore nearby features by type, including public bookcases. Open the nearest result, inspect its card, and launch directions to get there. LINK AN ITEM Photograph an item or its cover, or scan its barcode, to connect it to a drop. Keep the identified item's name and source alongside the photo record. FOLLOW POINTS AND CREW PROGRESS See crew rankings by points or drops. Campaigns can award points for requested work at Spots, inside zones, or on Runs, with boosts shown on the map. For eligible manual drops, photo reading helps check the message against what the place asks for. Notifications tell you when points are awarded. KEEP WORKING WITHOUT SIGNAL Photo drops queue on your phone and upload when your connection returns. Save Spots and zones without signal too. Check the queue to see what is waiting to upload. WORK WITH YOUR CREW Sign in by email or Drop code. Open notifications directly to the record they name. Crew leads can invite people by email or issue Drop codes. Choose your profile emblem and colour, and learn the app through built-in walkthroughs. TraceReach Drop works with TraceReach Studio, where organizers plan campaigns and review the records their crew brings back. Camera and location access record photos where they are taken. Photo library access lets you choose existing images. Internet access is required to sign in, sync, and process photos. Available records and controls depend on your hub access.Read more
