GigFrame

GigFrame is the field-ready command center built specifically for sports photographers, the freelancers who shoot triathlons, marathons, and road races for photo companies. If you've ever dug through months-old email threads looking for a race director's parking pass, a client's camera-setting preferences, or last year's course map, GigFrame replaces that chaos with one place to keep everything for every gig and every client. CLIENTS & GIGS • Keep a profile for every photography company you shoot for, including their contracts, standard operating procedures, and recurring contacts • Build reusable gig templates so a new event takes seconds to set up • Track every event's date, time, and location, with archive and duplicate tools for recurring races EVENT LOGISTICS, BUILT FOR RACE DAY • Store notes, checklists, links, photos, and PDFs for parking passes, course maps, and briefing instructions • Rich text notes with bold, italic, and underline formatting, plus inline checklists • Scan signs and schedules straight into a note with your camera • Works fully offline, since race courses don't have reliable cell service, and neither does GigFrame need it to CREW & CONTACTS • Keep a roster of assistants, second shooters, and race-day contacts per gig or per client • One-tap call, text, or email, no digging through your Phone app mid-race • Paste a roster and GigFrame finds the phone numbers and emails for you CALENDAR & REMINDERS • Add any gig to your calendar with one tap, kept in sync both ways • Custom reminders for anything, from invoicing a client to packing a spare battery, with notifications that fire even offline • A home screen widget shows your next gig at a glance PHOTOGRAPHY TOOLS • Built-in hyperfocal distance calculator for your sensor, lens, and aperture • AR-powered rangefinder that shows exactly where hyperfocal distance falls in the scene YOUR DATA, YOUR ICLOUD GigFrame has no accounts and no server. Everything you enter syncs privately across your own devices through your iCloud account, and nobody else ever sees it. Available in English, French, and Czech.
