About
EchoPilot is an AI meeting notes app for every meeting, in the room or on a video call. It records the meeting, writes the meeting minutes, transcribes everything and drafts your follow-ups. No bot joins the call. No recorder to buy. EVERY KIND OF MEETING - Online: the free EchoPilot app for Windows and Mac records your mic and the call audio, so the other side is captured at source on any call. Nothing shows up in the participant list. - In person: put your phone on the table for client meetings, site visits, interviews and lectures Everything lands in one account, on every device. WHAT YOU GET AFTER EVERY MEETING - Meeting minutes: summary, notes, key points and action items - Transcription you can search, synced to the audio - Action cards for every follow-up: tasks, reminders, events, notes and emails - Ask: question any meeting and get answers that point to the exact moment - Share or export your minutes in a tap NOTHING GOES OUT WITHOUT YOU EchoPilot never pushes anything on its own. Every follow-up shows up as a card. Tweak it by voice or text, check the moment it came from, then approve it. Nothing is created until you tap approve. SENDS TO THE TOOLS YOU ALREADY USE Todoist, Notion, Slack, Google Tasks, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft To Do, Outlook Calendar, Outlook Mail, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams and your phone's calendar. You can also open a ready-to-send WhatsApp message or email. A MEETING RECORDER YOU CAN TRUST - Saves as it records, so a dropped connection doesn't cost you the meeting - Edit the transcript whenever you need to - Meeting transcription in English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi, including meetings that mix them QUICK VOICE NOTES TOO Not a meeting? Say a quick thought and EchoPilot turns it into a task, reminder or calendar event. A voice to-do list that actually lands where you work. STAY ON TOP OF IT A morning brief every day with what's due. START RECORDING FROM ANYWHERE - Home screen widgets - A Quick Settings tile for fast capture - On the web too, to review, search and act on your meetings FREE TO START The free plan gives you 300 meeting minutes in your first 30 days, then 120 minutes every month, with every integration included.
