Troop Connect — Youth Leaders

Troop Connect is the all-in-one communication app for adults running youth organizations. Whether you coach a youth sports team, lead a faith-based group, run a 4-H club, robotics team, performing arts program, or any volunteer-led organization for kids, Troop Connect gives you the tools to coordinate without the chaos. KEY FEATURES - Group messaging — channel-based chat for the whole organization, leadership, and small working groups. - Shared calendar — events, meetings, trips, and practices in one place. RSVP support and automatic reminders. - Sign-up sheets — coordinate volunteer slots, gear lists, potluck items, and event roles. Built right into the app. - Document signing — collect e-signatures on permission slips, waivers, and forms with full audit trails. - Beacon — a built-in assistant that delivers confirmations, reminders, and notifications so nothing slips through the cracks. - Reporting and moderation — keep your community safe with built-in reporting, blocking, and content moderation. - Adults-only — Troop Connect accounts are restricted to verified adult leaders and parents.
