Hoërskool Nelspruit

Hoërskool Nelspruit, in your pocket. The official app for Hoërskool Nelspruit parents, learners and staff. One place for everything the school sends you, everything you owe, and everything happening this term - in English or Afrikaans, wherever you are. STAY IN THE LOOP School notices, class messages, urgent alerts and news updates arrive as notifications and collect in one Comms Centre. Messages are organised the way the school is: global announcements, your grade, your class, activity groups, teachers and parents. Nothing gets lost in a group chat or at the bottom of a school bag. ONE WALLET FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL Top up once and spend anywhere the school takes payment. Load your wallet by EFT straight from your banking app, using a payment reference the app generates for you, and see your available and reserved balance at a glance. Every top-up, order and payment is listed in your history, so there is always a record. SCHOOL FEES WITHOUT THE PAPER CHASE See what is due for each of your children and settle it from your wallet, by EFT or by card. Where the school offers a discount for paying the year upfront, you will see it while the offer lasts. Optional extras like school photos and civvies days appear alongside compulsory fees, so you choose what to pay and when. THE SCHOOL SHOP Stationery, exam pads, geometry sets, kit bags, sports gear and school-branded clothing - everything on sale across the school and its affiliated groups, in one catalogue with live stock levels. Items from different shops go into a single cart, and checkout settles each shop separately, so you order once instead of chasing three different people. SUPPORT THE SCHOOL Give to a live fundraising campaign and watch the total move. Support the General Fund where it is needed most, help fund bursaries and scholarships for deserving learners, or back facilities and sports. Download your receipt, and where the campaign qualifies, your Section 18A tax certificate. SPORT, CULTURE AND ACADEMICS Browse activities and fixtures across sporting, cultural and academic groups. See dates, times and whether the team is playing home or away, check the school calendar for what is coming up, and book tickets for school events. SCHOOL LIFE, KEPT IN ONE PLACE Photo galleries capture events and milestones through the year, and school documents - forms, policies, newsletters and letters home - are filed in the app, so you are not hunting through old email for the one you need. COMMUNITY AND PARTNERS The school directory lists local businesses and community partners that support Hoërskool Nelspruit, sorted by category with their details a tap away. Affiliated groups can run their own memberships too: join one and it renews quietly using the payment method you picked at signup, and you can cancel whenever you like. YOUR CHILD'S PROGRESS Report cards are published straight to the app, so you can read them on your phone the day they are released rather than hoping they survive the trip home. BUILT FOR THIS SCHOOL The app carries Hoërskool Nelspruit's own crest and colours and shows only what belongs to this school. Switch between English and Afrikaans whenever you like. A searchable Help section explains every part of the app in plain language, and you can send feedback or report a problem to the school without leaving it. Your account shows only the children and groups the school has linked to you, and payments are handled through the school's own secure payment services. WHO IT IS FOR Parents and guardians, learners, and school staff - each seeing what is relevant to them. You sign in with the account the school has on record. If you do not have one yet, you can create an account from the sign-in screen and the school links it to your family. Trouble signing in, or something not working as you expect? Use the Feedback option inside the app, or contact the school office and they will sort it out.
