About
You already have the paperwork. Vehicare turns it into a service history. Share the invoice your mechanic handed you — a PDF, a photo, a scan, whatever you have — and Vehicare reads it: the jobs, the parts, what each one cost, the odometer, the workshop, the date. You check it and save. No typing. WHAT IT KEEPS • Every vehicle you own, lease or rent, with VIN, plate, trim and acquisition date • Every visit, with the work broken out job by job across more than 60 kinds of service • What each car has cost you, lifetime and this year, and what you have spent at each workshop • Your odometer readings over time • The original invoice, kept with the visit and viewable any time IMPORT FROM ANYWHERE • The share sheet, from Mail, Files, Messages or any other app • Drag and drop, or paste with Command-V • Photos, or the document camera • On a Mac: Finder's Open With, the Services menu, or Continuity Camera to scan straight from your iPhone AND IT TELLS YOU WHAT'S DUE Vehicare knows what was actually done and how much you actually drive, so it works out what comes next: oil change due around 12 November, or at 130,000 km. There is no schedule to build — it comes from the invoices it has already read. Ask Siri, or let it remind you. WHY NOT THE APP YOUR DEALER GAVE YOU Your carmaker's app knows only about work done at its own dealers, on its own brand, and you lose it when you sell. Vehicare keeps every car and every garage, including the independent one down the street, and the history stays yours. BUILT FOR APPLE DEVICES • A real Mac app, not a phone app in a window. iPhone, iPad and Mac. • Ask Siri what you have spent, or when the last service was • Your vehicles, workshops and visits in Spotlight • Actions in Shortcuts, ready for the Action button • Kept in sync across your devices with iCloud PRIVATE BY DESIGN Invoices are read on your device by Apple Intelligence. If you turn on "Refine invoices with Apple's servers" in Settings, an invoice your device cannot finish reading can get help from Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which does not store or share it. Everything you create lives in your own iCloud account. I never see it, unless you send me an invoice it read wrong. No accounts, no trackers. FREE TO TRY. ONE PAYMENT. NO SUBSCRIPTION. Vehicare is free for your first vehicle, invoice reading included. Take a real invoice out of your own glovebox and watch it fill in the visit before you decide anything. A single purchase unlocks every vehicle you own, removes the ads, and lets you take your history out as PDF or CSV — the file you hand a buyer when you sell the car. About those ads: the free version shows one small card for another independent app, from an exchange built for indie developers. No ad network, no tracking, nothing that identifies you. And it is gone the moment you buy. No subscription. Not now, not later. You buy it once, for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and it is yours. English and French. — PascalRead more

Invoices read better, and fixes from the public beta. - Fixed: on iOS 26, opening a visit could freeze the app. - On an invoice that bills parts and labor in separate columns, each labor line is a job, with its parts under it. - A job's description that runs over several lines is kept whole in its notes, under a short title. - A brake fluid or coolant "exchange" is read as a job, not a fee. - Amounts are read on PDF invoices where some were missed. - A shared invoice keeps its file name. - Workshop phone numbers are all written the same way. - The user manual is on vehicare.app, a click away …
