Waterm – system firmowy

Waterm – the company system is an app for employees and management at Waterm (HVAC installations, Wejherowo). It connects your phone with the company system: what you enter in the field is immediately sent to where it's needed. The app covers work in the Waterm system, and additional areas – for employees and management – ​​will be added in updates. To start, the app includes a work card that replaces the paper form: • Enter your workday: hours, type of work, client and address, vehicle, and who you worked with – in just a few steps, with prompts; • "Last updated" saves your hours, vehicle, and crew from the previous day with a single tap; • "I'm at a client's" suggests clients in the immediate vicinity (the location is only a tap away, not saved anywhere); • Add up to 5 photos from your camera or gallery to your entry; • Mark sick or vacation days with a single tap; • View your workday history and total hours for the week and month; • At 4:00 PM on weekdays, the app will remind you to enter your email if it hasn't been entered yet (you can disable it); • Without internet, emails will wait on your phone and will be sent automatically once the connection is restored.
